How To Enter
Please Read the Following Before Completing Your Online Entry:
- Review all entry requirements below. All materials and/or programs developed and/or distributed between January 1, 2017 and December 31, 2017 are eligible for the competition. Web-based and mobile entries are eligible if they are active during the April and May judging period. The materials or programs submitted must have been developed for use by older adults and their families, not professionals (with the exception of entries in the Staff/Inservice Training category).
Complete all information requested on the entry form. Required information is noted with an asterisk*.
Only English language entries will be accepted. Spanish entries will be accepted if sent with an English version.
You may submit as many entries as you wish, but you must pay an entry fee for each submission.
Print a copy of your e-mailed entry receipt to include when you send your entry.
Basic Entry Requirements:
Review all requirements carefully to avoid potential disqualification
- Submit one copy of your online entry receipt along with one copy of your entry. (A copy of your online entry receipt will be emailed to you after checkout).
- See special entry requirements below for article, audio/video, web-based/mobile resources, or total program/campaign entries.
Special Entry Requirements:
For Magazine/Newspaper/Newsletter Article Submissions—
Printed format (acceptable): If you are unable to provide a copy of your article in PDF format, please mail three (3) hard copies of the article to us along with your entry receipt. Originals or photocopies are acceptable; do not submit the entire publication, only the article being submitted.
For Audio/Video Submissions—
Packaged CD/DVD format (acceptable): If you are submitting a packaged audio/video entry, please enclose the full CD/DVD package. Include running time on entry form.
For Total Program & Campaign Submissions—
Submit all materials needed to evaluate the program. Previous winning total program and campaign entries submitted materials in a three-ring binder with a one-page summary and binder pockets or slipsheets with sample materials.
For Web-based or Mobile Resource Submissions—
Late Entry Deadline: March 16, 2018
Late Entry Fee: $75 per entry
Some entry categories require an additional fee.
VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and checks are accepted. Make checks payable to the Mature Market Resource Center (or MMRC). (Fed. Tax I.D. # 36-3559293). Check payments must be received by the current entry deadline to avoid disqualification.
IMPORTANT NOTE: ONLY CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON THE FINAL DAY OF THE LATE ENTRY DEADLINE.
