How To Enter
Please Read the Following Before Completing Your Online Entry:

Review all entry requirements below. All materials and/or programs developed and/or distributed between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2021 are eligible for the competition. Web-based and mobile entries are eligible if they are active during the May and June judging period. The materials or programs submitted must have been developed for use by older adults and their families, not professionals (with the exception of entries in the Staff/Inservice Training category).
- For the 2022 competition, we cannot accept physical copies of your entries; please submit your entry in a digital format (PDF for anything representing a physical piece / URL for all audio/video or web-based/mobile entries).

Complete all information requested on the entry form. Required information is noted with an asterisk*.

Only English language entries will be accepted. Spanish entries will be accepted if sent with an English version.

You may submit as many entries as you wish, but you must pay an entry fee for each submission. A copy of your online entry receipt will be emailed to you immediately after checkout.

For Magazine/Newspaper/Newsletter Article Submissions—
For Audio/Video Submissions—

URL and running time fields will appear once the appropriate category is selected.
For Total Program & Campaign Submissions—
Submit all materials needed to evaluate the program.
For Web-based or Mobile Resource Submissions—
Entry Deadline Extended: April 22, 2022
Entry Fee: $75 per entry
Some entry categories require an additional fee.
Payment:
VISA, MasterCard, American Express and checks are accepted. (Fed. Tax I.D. # 36-3559293). Check payments must be received by April 15, 2022. Any entries that are unpaid by the entry deadline will be disqualified without notification.

Questions About Your Entry?
Entries cannot be returned and become property of the National Mature Media Awards Program. Winning entries may be used for promotional purposes.
