How To Enter

Please Read the Following Before Completing Your Online Entry:

Review all entry requirements below. All materials and/or programs developed and/or distributed between January 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024 are eligible for the competition. Web-based and mobile entries are eligible if they are active during the May through June judging period. The materials or programs submitted must have been developed for use by older adults and their families, not professionals (with the exception of entries in the Staff/Inservice Training category).
For the 2025 competition, we cannot accept physical copies of your entries; please submit your entry in a digital format (PDF for anything representing a physical piece / URL for all audio/video or web-based/mobile entries).

Complete all information requested on the entry form. Required information is noted with an asterisk*.

Only English language entries will be accepted. Spanish entries will be accepted if sent with an English version.
You may submit as many entries as you wish, but you must pay an entry fee for each submission. A copy of your online entry receipt will be emailed to you immediately after checkout.

Special Entry Requirements:

For Magazine/Newspaper/Newsletter Article Submissions—

PDF format: Articles must be submitted in PDF format. Please have a PDF version of your article entry ready to upload prior to completing an entry form. Use the special file upload field on the entry form to submit your article in PDF format. Do not submit the entire publication, only the article being submitted.

For Audio/Video Submissions—

Streaming format: Provide a direct link (URL) to your audio/video submission. YouTube, Vimeo, mp3, etc. are acceptable.

Entries in the following Audio/Video categories must be submitted in the form of a direct link (URL) to your entry:

Advertising—Radio
Advertising—TV

URL and running time fields will appear once the appropriate category is selected.

For Total Program & Campaign Submissions—

Submit all materials needed to evaluate the program.

For Web-based or Mobile Resource Submissions—

Online (required): Include direct URL and any required access codes, etc. These options will appear on the entry form if you choose the Web-based & Mobile Resources entry classification. Include 3 individual access codes if a single set of codes does not accommodate multiple judges. You may also upload a single page PDF with any supporting information about your online entry.

Entry Deadline Extended to March 14, 2025
Entry Fee: $75 per entry

Some entry categories require an additional fee.

Payment:

VISA, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted. (Fed. Tax I.D. # 36-3559293). Check payments must be received by March 14, 2025. Any entries that are unpaid by the entry deadline will be disqualified without notification.
